Data Quality Analyst

Customer support specialists provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. They are sociable individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests. The field of customer service is expected to experience growth in the next decade.

  • Incumbent will be responsible for Monitoring & Verifying the quality of all data sources.
  • Understand the data requirement of the clients & get it implemented so as to timely delivery of the reports.
  • Analysis of data, identifying opportunities for sales growth at both national & Dealer levels.
  • Responsible for preparation of presentation pertaining to the data requirement & report submission.
  • Analyzing the sales data and preparing the summarize view that can be easily understood by the client along with the Trend Analyses
  • Responsible for handling Customer's grievances on email.
  • Find Root cause of the repeated escalations.
  • Work with large amount of data : facts, figures, and number crunching. See through the data and analyze it to find correct conclusions.
  • Identify trend & pattern information.
  • Responsible for the process of MIS operation.
  • Preparing Daily/Monthly/Weekly Report.
